Pages, guides, case studies, and product descriptions are for general information. They are not a bid, not a professional license, and not legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. Technology changes; we update pages as we can, but we do not warrant that every sentence stays current.
Some pages include third-party advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are labeled. We do not control the advertisers’ sites. Clicking an ad takes you off zynvoss.com under that advertiser’s terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, or attempt to break authentication on the client portal.
- Do not submit malware, spam, or other people’s personal data in our forms.
- Do not impersonate ZynVoss or imply an affiliation we have not agreed to.
- Do not click Google ads on this site as a way to “support” us — that violates Google’s rules and does not help us.
Intellectual property
Site content, the ZynVoss name and logo, and product names are owned by ZynVoss LLC unless we credit someone else. You may link to our public pages. You may not copy the site as a competing product, strip our marks, or republish guides as your own.
Photographs in the Treasure Coast slideshow are used with credit to their sources (including Wikimedia Commons where noted). Click through to the place’s official site for their terms.
Commercial software products
Downloadable and licensed products are owned by ZynVoss LLC and are protected by copyright. They are licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the applicable EULA, trial or subscription terms at checkout, and our Privacy Policy. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or circumvention of license or payment controls is prohibited. Money back, cancellation, and billing disputes for those products are covered by the returns policy.
Client portal
The portal at portal.zynvoss.com / www.zynvoss.com/portal is for current clients. Access is not a public service. Portal use is covered by the client agreement.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent Florida law allows, ZynVoss LLC is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the public website or from third-party ads. Paid software work has its own contract terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes about the public website is the state or federal courts serving St. Lucie County, Florida, unless a separate contract says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new terms.
