These Terms of Use govern your use of BotLand Park at zynvoss.com/botland (the "Site") and the bot kits you download from it (the "Kits"). The Site is operated by ZynVoss LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("ZynVoss", "we", "us"). By using the Site or a Kit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
1. Free service
The Site and Kits are free. There are no fees, subscriptions or billing from ZynVoss, so there are no refund or billing terms.
2. Provided "as is"
The Site and Kits are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Kit will produce a particular result.
3. AI output can be wrong
Bots and AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Nothing on the Site or in a Kit is legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.
4. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the bots you build or run with a Kit, including what they say and do, the apps and accounts you connect to them, and your compliance with applicable laws (including privacy, consumer protection, marketing and messaging laws). You are responsible for any fees charged by AI providers or other services you use, and for following their terms and policies. Don't use the Site or Kits for anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful or abusive.
5. License
You may use, edit and share the Kits you download, including for business use. The Site's design, code, branding and the ZynVoss name and logo remain the property of ZynVoss LLC.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZynVoss LLC and its members, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site, the Kits, or any bot or AI output. Because the Site and Kits are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $0, or the minimum amount allowed by law if that is greater.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ZynVoss LLC harmless from claims arising from your bots, your use of the Kits, connected apps, or your breach of these terms.
8. Third-party services
Kits may help you connect third-party apps or AI providers. Those services are not controlled by us, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
