Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026 (v4)
This policy explains what BotLand Park (the "Site"), operated by ZynVoss LLC, collects. Short version: your bot setup stays in your browser. We collect your email address when you take a kit home, and a small anonymous count of bots created and downloaded.
Your email address
To take a kit home, the Bot Spec page asks for your email. We store it with: the date and time, your bot or team name, how many skills it has and which departments they come from, whether it is a bot or a team, the random visit ID described below, a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address (not the address itself), and your browser type. We use it only to send you one thank-you email about your kit from [email protected]. We never sell or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list. It is kept in a private folder on our server that the public cannot open, and only ZynVoss LLC can read it. It is kept until we delete it. To have it deleted, email [email protected] from that address and we will remove it. While you are on the page, your email is also kept in your tab's session storage (botland:email) so a refresh doesn't lose it.
Anonymous creation and download counts
When you forge a bot and when you download a kit, the Site sends one small message to our own server (/botland/ev.php) with: the event (bot_created or bot_downloaded), a random visit ID made in your browser for that tab (bl_sid, in session storage, cleared when you close the tab), and the page path. Our server adds the time and a rough device type (desktop, mobile or automated bot) from your browser's user agent. It does not record your name, your bot's settings or text, or any other personal details, and it sets no cookies. We use it only to count how many bots are made and downloaded, and it runs whichever cookie option you choose. The log sits in a private folder that the public cannot open, and only ZynVoss LLC can read it.
What the Site does not collect
There are no accounts, logins or payment forms. Your kit is built entirely inside your browser and saved straight to your device. The answers you type on the Bot Spec page, and the text and settings of your bot, are never sent to us. Only the name, skill count and departments listed above go with your email.
What is stored on your device
The Site uses your browser's storage only to work properly. Local storage remembers your cookie choice (botland_consent, with the date you chose) and whether you turned the visual effects on or off (botland_motion). Session storage holds the bot or team you forge and any answers you give about your business (botland:forge; anything that looks like a password or key is never saved) so it can carry it to the Bot Spec and "Your Bot Is Home" pages; it is cleared when you close the tab. Apart from the email and counts described above, none of this leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Cookies
ZynVoss LLC does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies on BotLand Park. Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell real visitors from bots and protect the Site from abuse; these are required for the Site to work and are set no matter which option you choose. When you first visit, we ask you to choose "Accept all" or "Necessary only." "Necessary only" keeps only the storage described above. If you choose "Accept all," the Site also loads the Apollo.io website tracker, a third-party business-analytics tool that may set its own cookies and receives your IP address and the pages you visit; Apollo's privacy policy applies to it. "Necessary only," or making no choice, never loads it. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Standard web logs and services
Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) and network/security provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.
Downloaded kits
Once you download a Kit, what happens with it is up to you. If you load it into an AI app or connect an AI provider, that service's privacy policy applies to the data you share with it.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
If you email or call us
If you contact us, we use your message and contact details only to reply, and we don't sell them.
