FAQ

Do I need custom software?

Only after off-the-shelf tools force expensive workarounds.

05

A Fort Pierce stack that does not embarrass you

You need a website that states who you are, a way to get paid, a place leads do not die, a calendar or job board, bookkeeping that is not tribal, and backups plus 2FA on the accounts that would ruin you if they walked off. That is the list. Fancy AI is optional. This list is not.

ZynVoss LLC is at 6515 Spanish Lakes Blvd. We see the same holes on the Treasure Coast: a Facebook page instead of a site, a Square dongle that does not match the invoice, one person who knows the QuickBooks password, and no restore test. Hurricane week is a bad time to learn that the only copy lived on a shop PC.

06

Do this in order

  1. One public site on a domain you own, with a real phone and email. Not a Linktree.
  2. Payments that match how you invoice. We use Stripe on our own checkout. We do not store PAN. We are not a PCI mill.
  3. A shared inbox or CRM with a named owner for every new lead.
  4. Scheduling or jobs that the field can see on a phone.
  5. Accounting export. Live multi-user Excel is not accounting.
  6. 2FA on email, domain, banking, and the app. Offsite backups you have restored once.

Custom software comes after this list is honest. If off-the-shelf still forces three swivel-chair copies of every job, then we talk. Local starting points: Fort Pierce software company, Treasure Coast, build vs buy.

Snowbird season and storm closures should be on the phone tree and the site banner. That is operations, not marketing.

07

Storm week is a software test

If the shop is dark, can the owner see the board from a phone on battery? That is hosting and auth, not a nicer homepage. Domain, email, and the app should not all live on one aging PC in the office. 2FA on email and the registrar so a stolen inbox cannot move zynvoss.com — or yours. We restore backups on our own stack. You should restore yours once before you need it.

Snowbird season is the other test. Phone trees, hours on the site, and the booking calendar have to match. A Facebook page that says “message us” is not a stack. Payments: Stripe on our checkouts. We do not store PAN. We are not a PCI mill. Custom software is step seven, after the list above is honest. HQ: 6515 Spanish Lakes Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL 34951 · (772) 971-4448.
